The customer service is top tier. I was unsatisfied with my order and they made the situation right immediately. I will return
Hey Mel, We’re grateful our team could turn things around for you, and we hope your next visit is even better. All the best, Jamaica Pon Di Road
Prior to coming I called and I guess it was the AI that helped me. They told me they were open today. I drove from Sealy to get here and they’re closed until tomorrow. They need to change that AI so I can tell customers that they’re closed and don’t make them drive so far.
Roger, We’re sorry you made the trip only to find us closed, and we know that’s frustrating. We’ll work on making our hours clearer moving forward. The south location is closed on Mondays Thank you, Jamaica Pon Di Road
This was my family and I's first experience eating Jamaican food and I have to say it was amazing! The fish was excellent and the mac and cheese as well. My wife even ate it and she doesn't usually like fish or pasta but she couldn't resist it. 100/10 would definitely eat it again. Update: Came back to say that their ocean water and the dessert cakes they sell are absolutely amazing. Everything is homemade and fresh to order. It really was the highlight of our trip.
Hey Tre', We’re thrilled your family’s first taste was such a win, and we can’t wait to welcome you all back for more. Many thanks, Jamaica Pon Di Road
