Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, post listings, or submit a business profile.

Listings and business profiles

Content you publish must be truthful and relevant to the category you choose. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or misleading.

Messaging and quotes

Communications through Silsil are between members and businesses. Silsil is a platform — we do not guarantee outcomes of jobs, housing, repairs, or other services arranged through the site.

Acceptable use

Do not harass others, post illegal content, scrape the platform, or attempt to bypass security. We may update these terms as the product evolves.
