My Goodness. I work in the community a block from the restaurant here and besides the terrible folllow up and staff the oxtail dinner was ridiculously low quality. The OXTAILs are so hard here it’s not edible. The oxtails are also mostly bone. Do not order from here. I called explained the situation the front desk went through asking me if I had the food just to tell me that the food already left the store. So you’re telling me a 35 dollar large order and tip can’t be corrected? I wish I knew there are numerous reviews stating the same thing and this is an ongoing issue at this spot.
