​A pleasant surprise right off the bat was finding convenient parking at this location! Cowboys & Indians isn't trying to be a traditional or strictly "authentic" Indian restaurant—it’s very much an approachable Tex-Indian fusion. The flavors feel intentionally crafted to be accessible and balanced without being overly heavy or spicy. ​The standouts were definitely the Chicken Fried Chicken and the Masala Chicken Empanadas—both were top-notch and executed perfectly. Inside, there's plenty of seating and a lively, energetic atmosphere. It's a great spot for a unique twist on Southern comfort food with friends or family.
