A pleasant surprise right off the bat was finding convenient parking at this location! Cowboys & Indians isn't trying to be a traditional or strictly "authentic" Indian restaurant—it’s very much an approachable Tex-Indian fusion. The flavors feel intentionally crafted to be accessible and balanced without being overly heavy or spicy. The standouts were definitely the Chicken Fried Chicken and the Masala Chicken Empanadas—both were top-notch and executed perfectly. Inside, there's plenty of seating and a lively, energetic atmosphere. It's a great spot for a unique twist on Southern comfort food with friends or family.
