Uncle Joe's Jerk Chicken Hyde Park

My brother came in from out of town and we were hungry. I ordered the jerk catfish, candied yams and Mac and cheese. I ate the Mac and cheese, a piece of the catfish (which was dry), the yams were old and cold. I went back to the place 30 mins or so later. Young lady took the Pic and receipt and said I need to speak to Drake. I told her I live no where near hyde park and will reach out when I know I'm near. She said we'll you did eat some of the food and I said yes i was hungry but to spend that kind of money on cat thats dry and yams cold and old isnt right. Again I was told I have to see what Drake says. At this point I was irritated. Called them today 10/24 and was put on hold while the lady called Drake. She said Drake already replaced the food. I said no he didn't. She said hold on and called him again to let him know I have the receipt and the same food From 10/19/26 6:42pm. Yes the pic i will show is from 10/19/26. She comes back and he tells her to tell me to call him Tuesday. I tell the lady on the phone I'm not looking for a come up just replace what I didn't eat. The receipt shows it was paid and I have it. First I can't believe this man tells her he replaced the food. When I told her I still have the food and receipt she put me on hold to come back and tell me he said call Tuesday. Unprofessional and when I saw the sign that says we're open again, that lets me know they've been closed. This place will be closed again because Drake doesn't know how to do business. He or she lied saying he said he replaced my food already. Sounds like he got me confused with someone else. Typical, some of us don't know how to do business. BTW the cat isn't jerked but fried in a pan with jerk seasoning...smh. very very dry!
