Turkish Airlines Houston Office

I went to this office desperately trying to resolve an issue with my middle name being added to my booking as the online service was dismal. The young lady, Nina, was so pleasant and nice to work with and my problem was solved within a few hours. I could not be happier with the service at this location.

Terrible and dishonest customer service. Turkish Airlines told me my compensation was approved and even claimed they had sent the payment, but I never received a single dollar. For months, they have given me excuses, ignored my emails, and failed to provide any proof of payment. Stop wasting customers’ time and making claims you cannot prove. Absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful service

Horrible airline.
