Best orange chicken and jumbo shrimp fried rice that I’ve ever had..and the chicken egg rolls were decent beyond my expectations . I’ve been to several Chinese restaurants in the Chicago area and this one is by far the best. The orange chicken tastes fresh and crispy and had the perfect amount of ingredients and the first Chinese restaurant I’ve been to that had jumbo shrimp fried rice. I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant.

Food was okay to try. The photos online don't do it justice, it was better then the photos. the fried rice with jumbo shrimp and egg Foo Yung was very good.

Great takeout Chinese food. No inside seating so it’s all to-go. 2 large entrees, 2 sodas, 2x2 egg rolls, and 1 Rangoon = about $53. Very reasonable for the generous amount of food given, AND it was ready (and very fresh) in less than 20 minutes. Many places put too much breading on the outside of some meat dishes and it gets very soggy, but this General’s chicken stayed palatable and tasty! This is THE best takeout Chinese in this neighborhood. PS - egg foo young is not for everybody, so PLEASE try something else that is made more for modern American tastes.
