Shama Restaurant is a wonderful neighborhood spot that serves up rich, comforting, and authentic Pakistani and South Asian dishes. I visited for dinner and ordered a plate of tender chicken biryani along with freshly baked garlic naan and a side of savory chana masala, and every dish was packed with aromatic spices and deep flavor. The rice was perfectly fluffy, the chicken was juicy and spiced just right, and the hot naan was ideal for scooping up every bit of sauce. The dining space is casual, tidy, and offers a welcoming, family-friendly environment. The staff was polite, quick to answer questions about menu options, and served everything fresh and hot. It is a fantastic local choice for a satisfying, authentic, and flavorful meal.
