Pho was great but the staff was even better! Liz makes the best hand cut noodles in the city. Will definitely return ASAP.

Omgggg this is my go to spot for lunch. Absolutely adore this place... Pho is outstanding...my favorite spot for pho

It was so good at the one on Washington street location but it’s so bad here. I used to order some cooked chickens at the old location to take home after dining in and they were still good after a couple of days. This time at this location, the chickens went bad quickly the next day. It smelled and tasted horrible. The old location used to be my midway stop from another state. I decided not to do the same on this location— not worth it! ☹️

Hi Julie, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We take the freshness and quality of our food very seriously. Our chicken is cooked fresh daily. When freshly cooked chicken is packaged immediately while it is still hot, condensation from the steam can build up inside a closed container. This can sometimes create an unusual smell, especially when the chicken is traveling a long distance. During the summer, the outside heat can make this even more challenging, particularly if the food is in a hot car for an extended period of time. For customers traveling far, we encourage you to let us know so we can provide ice to help keep the chicken properly chilled. We also recommend opening the container slightly to allow the steam to escape and letting the chicken cool before closing it completely. We wish you had contacted us when you noticed the issue so we could have helped.
