Too bad their promise of delivering products “in great condition” apparently doesn’t extend to actually delivering products in great condition. We spent over $300 and received broken pieces of absolute crap. I tried reaching out to the owner multiple times through calls and texts, but apparently customer service becomes a disappearing act when there’s an actual problem. After repeatedly avoiding us, he finally offered a whopping $100 credit—as if that somehow makes up for receiving damaged merchandise after spending $300+. If you’re looking for a business that delivers broken products, ignores you when you complain, and then offers a fraction of what you spent as compensation, congratulations—you’ve found it.
