Went in with high hopes but was let down by lackluster food (literally nothing stood out despite looking good), apathetic service and when there was a miscommunication with the waiter (due to her nonchalant apathy) the manager was belittling and rude! 1/10 The honey wine was nice but given the food, I’d have to try honey wine at another Ethiopian place to know if it was the real deal since this was my first time trying the wine. Ethiopian food is soooo good and flavorful and this place was an EXTREME disappointment and overcharged us and didn’t give full portions for 3 entree’s (see photo) which soured the overall experience.
We’re sorry you’re disappointed. We tried our best to explain our Ethiopian-style sharing portion and the option of having separate platers for each dish. Unfortunately, the choice was made to combine three platters onto one large plate. We always strive to providing a great dining experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this misunderstanding. We welcome all feedback and hope it is shared fairly and with understanding.
