However, during our busy weekend Happy Hour, we were managing a high volume of guests, and the table in question had been occupied by two guests for over an hour and a half while waiting for the rest of their party to arrive. With other guests waiting to be seated, our team had to make a difficult decision to accommodate the demand. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, we also have a responsibility to ensure fair seating for all our guests during peak hours. We regret that the situation led to frustration, and we hope you understand that our intention was never to make anyone feel unwelcome.
