Ordered through Uber Eats 2 BBQ Promo boneless chicken, which is advertised as 5 sticks per order. I only received 2 BBQ sticks. How frustrating to pay so much money and receive the wrong amount and the solution to be get refunded on Uber Eats and order again... expesically frustrating when you have two hungry kids at home and the only reason I ordered through a delivery app was because sometmes it is hard taking a baby out!
We’re very sorry. Each order of our BBQ Promo Boneless Chicken should include 5 sticks, and you received only 2. Our new line cook misread the order monitor, and we should have caught the mistake before your food went out. We understand how frustrating it was to receive an incomplete meal when you had two hungry kids at home and ordered delivery because taking your baby out is difficult. Asking you to get a refund and place another order added to that frustration. We’re reviewing this with our kitchen team and reinforcing our order checks.
