At Maiz we prepare our dishes following the traditional Mexican style, homemade and handmade tortillas preserving the healthiness and nutrition of all the ingredients. We use a 100% corn that is non-genetically modified and gluten free. We use products that are natural and sodium free. All of our vegetables are from local seasonal markets.

Hthe food and experience here was a great one. I ordered the empanadas and tacos and the server asked so many questions so that my meal was perfect. His suggestions and knowledge made it delicious. And happy Hour works great too.
