I ordered 2 brisket phos and they skimped crazy on the brisket! Only 4 pieces and 3 in the other order! I frequent their Ridgewood location and they dont do that there. I called the shop to complain and whoever was on the phone literally told me to just go to the other location instead then… ? Regardless if it’s a franchise, 3-4 pieces of brisket for an $18 soup after tax is ridiculous. The lack of customer care is not okay

So while 4 pieces is our standard portion, receiving only 3 should not have happened.
