I’ve been here several times, and the experience is always the same. When they first opened, I assumed the delays were due to being busy or the staff still learning the ropes. However, every time I return, nothing has improved. The chicken isn’t crispy, and the coating is too thick from what seems to be excessive cornstarch. To make matters worse, an employee was washing her hair in the downstairs restroom sink, leaving hair all over it and I couldn’t even wash my hands. Overall, the restaurant is clean and employees in the counter are nice.
