IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! Okay to start, the food cost about $55 dollars altogether…(which I’m not really trippin if the food is well worth it). WHICH THEY USED TO BE 😩!!! What happened?!?! Why didn’t nobody warn me they was trash now? When I first tried Heroes about 2 years ago…I was on Heaven. I ALWAYS wanted it… …BUT NOW 🤢🤮…let’s start with the food, WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANTLY! (Well at least to me 🤷🏾‍♀️). My fiancé got the jerk chicken plate. Yall when 👏 I 👏 Tell 👏 Yall…this plate was so SMALL (2 years ago, the gave great portions), but now they basically overcharging you for a kids plate! AND I SAID WHAT I SAID 💁🏽‍♀️… With that being said, I had the oxtails (which were to die for, keyword WERE) 🗣️ T.R.A.S.H 🗑️ Paid $30+ alone for that plate and still got an extremely small OVERPRICED portion. Now the oxtails weren’t so bad. Still got a small portion and they must have given me the small baby oxtail pieces bc it was more bone than meat. For the sides for both plates were rice and cabbage, which again USED to be good. NOW??? It was absolutely disgusting!!! It had ABSOLUTELY NO 🚫 flavor WHAT SO EVER…and I am NOT over exaggerating. The rice was mushy, more like a thick mashed potatoes consistency than rice. And the cabbage tasted a little undercooked and watery. We had to use our own seasoning from home, which who expects to do that? To add insult to injury this was my treat (of MY request) because it was my birthday that day. I am HIGHLY disappointed with you Heroes! 🗣️ 🗣️ 🗣️ WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!

⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience at Heroes Lounge After a recent experience, I have been unfortunately forced to update my review. After supporting Heroes Lounge for 7 years (since 2019), I never expected to be treated with such disrespect. Unfortunately, my recent experience was unacceptable and has convinced me that I will NOT be returning, although the place has great DJs who play good music and nice bartenders. I was excited to celebrate their 16th anniversary because they announced that they'll be moving to a different location. Despite having an Eventbrite ticket, my ticket was not honored, even though other people with the same reservation were being allowed entry. What made the situation even worse was the rude and disrespectful treatment my guest and I received from both security and staff. No paying customer should be made to feel unwelcome, embarrassed, or disrespected when simply trying to enjoy a night out. They owner's intervention did not resolve this situation and I'm convinced they blatantly elect to employ rude employees selectively. After It is especially disappointing to see a place I supported for so many years decline in both customer service and professionalism. Instead of changing location, they should rethink their hiring process. Loyal customers deserve respect, consistency, and fair treatment, not arbitrary decisions and disrespect at the door. Honestly, experiences like this make it easy to understand why a business might struggle to retain its patrons. Instead of valuing the people who have supported the establishment over the years, the staff's attitude drives them away. After seven years of support, Heroes Lounge has lost me as a customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses how its staff and security treat patrons. A business is only as good as the experience it gives its customers, and Heroes Lounge fell far short of expectations. I do not recommend this place, unfortunately.
