An Unforgettable Experience at Elcielo! 🇨🇴✨ Elcielo was an amazing experience from start to finish and is definitely a must-visit restaurant! Every detail made the visit special, from the delicious food to the excellent cocktails and the warm, welcoming service. The pan de bono was absolutely delicious, especially paired with the sweet butter that comes alongside it. The combination is simply perfect and a must-try! The drinks were also outstanding and of exceptional quality. I’m not someone who usually drinks much, but the Don Tomás cocktail was spectacular—truly something special and 100% recommended. Another highlight was the bison with panela sauce, which was incredible! The flavors were amazing, and it was definitely one of my favorite dishes of the experience. Beyond the food and drinks, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout the entire visit. One detail I especially loved was the Colombian music playing in the restaurant. It was such a wonderful touch that added to the atmosphere and offered a beautiful glimpse into Colombia’s rich culture and incredible musical heritage. Overall, Elcielo is so much more than just a restaurant; it’s a memorable culinary and cultural experience.
