I am still dreaming about the HK Roast Duck over rice—crispy skin, meltingly tender meat, and an umami depth that literally had me eating in slow motion just to revel in the flavor. The pork and chive dumplings were a decent side, but that duck is the absolute superstar of the menu. Seeing a dining room full of Asian families proves how authentic and first-class the kitchen is here. Love the live seafood tanks and great bar setup too. 10/10—I need to go back ASAP!
