Chef Truong, born and raised in Vietnam, learned in his family’s kitchen before perfecting his skills in New York’s professional kitchens. His first restaurant opened in Flushing with his son, bringing that foundation forward in signature pho, bánh mì, and bánh xèo. Chef Papa Vietnamese Kitchen LIC continues that family-run story with warm hospitality and a casual, refined setting.
