Azal Coffee

This place has become my new go-to spot for study and work. The vibe is perfect for focusing, but the absolute highlight is the drink menu they have the best spicy tea I have ever had in my life! Highly recommend checking it out if you need a productive workspace and a great drink.

I love Azal and would say it's likely my favorite cafe in the neighborhood given they have a selection of both teas and coffees. The adeni chai is amazing but I also often just go there for coffee and sometimes just to get their sundried tomato pesto pastry which is a favorite! Also the pistachio based desserts. The staff are super nice and it's probably the only cafe in the area with a functioning bathroom so I really appreciate having Azal in the neighborhood. I sometimes do wish the music at the cafe was turned down a notch as it can be a bit loud especially during peak hours when it's crowded, but that's the only minor complaint I have. Great to have had Azal in Forest Hills for the last year or so!
