Very disappointing experience. I bought a vape for $20, and it was defective right out of the box. It wouldn’t hit even once and was completely unusable. I went back to the store expecting a replacement or at least some help, but they refused to exchange it or offer any solution. Selling defective products and refusing to stand behind them is unacceptable. I wasted $20 on a product that never worked. Ask for a hookah flavor yesterday and He said $15 and told him I buy the same flavor for $11 so I end up didnt buy it because I feel like its overpriced. Came back the next day to buy it because of the place I always buy didn't have it on stock. He sold me it for $5 more and lied said that he said $15 for different class. Don't go here because they will take advantage of you. He also charge me for a charcoal instead of the flavor so it will be more because he knows if he put it as the right tag then it will be cheaper. I will post the receipt of what he charge me. Taking advantage when people are struggling is crazy. Don't purchase anything here because all their prices are over charge. Shop around there area they have cheaper prices. One of the worst customer service.
