İşletmenin yanıtı
Hi Ahmad! We take food quality and freshness very seriously, and we strongly disagree with the assumption that our chicken was cooked the day before. Our food is prepared fresh daily, and we follow strict food safety and quality standards. The darker color near the bone is not an indication that chicken is old or unsafe. We welcome genuine feedback and are always willing to investigate any concerns. We wish you had contacted us directly so we could look into your order and address the issue. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, but we also believe reviews should be based on accurate information.
