Yanzi Noodle House (Yanzi Luosifen 燕子螺蛳粉）in Fairfax offers authentic Liuzhou-style luosifen, handmade Chinese noodles, Sichuan dishes, Taiwanese snacks, and our signature beef burrito. Our luosifen soup is slow-simmered with river snails, rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. Try our Sichuan cuisine for layered flavor, and Taiwanese favorites like popcorn chicken, stinky tofu, salty crispy calamari, Taiwanese kimchi, and braised beef noodle soup. Our self-created beef burrito wrapped in scallion pancake is a house favorite. Dine-in or takeout available.

The best noodle soup I’ve ever had! The noodles were perfect. And the owner is so sweet!! It felt like I was having homemade food 🥹

There can't be many restaurants in the DMV region that serve luosifen—a Chinese regional noodle soup involving river snail broth and pickled vegetables. My friend and I had to try Yangzi's bowl, so we drove from DC. I'm happy to report that it was excellent. Flavorful broth, generous toppings, and customizable spice level. The owner was extremely friendly and kind. She walked us through the whole menu, helped us pick our bowl and spiciness level, and accommodated our request to sit outside. Despite the distance, I hope to return many times.

Everything we tried was flavorful and interesting. Definitely try the Luosifen and the burrito! The owner was very kind and helpful with navigating the extensive menu. Two of us got 3 entrees and an extra to share so we could try a bunch of things and we easily will have leftovers for the next two nights- the portions are generous. Highly recommend popping in!
