Could you please let us know whether you picked up the order yourself or a delivery service delivered it? Please keep in mind that if a third-party service delivered your order, it is their responsibility to ensure that the order remains fresh during transit. If you picked up the order yourself, please provide your order number so we can investigate this matter further.
