The first time I tried Tyang Gelays Grill 3 months ago, I got impressed with the tasty, flavorful food they serve, I tried Pinakbet, and Pansit Palabok, which is really good and I became a regular customer, But recently, I decided to order " Sinigang na Bangus". and unfortunately I got dissapointed coz the" Sinigang na Bangus" is so " Malansa"..and having lots of ginger ( luya.) It's supposed Not to have ginger since it's Not "Paksiw na Bangus." Sorry to say this.. and it has " mapait" taste aside from Malansa...the fish is not that fresh maybe, that's why it's "Malansa" taste..i dont know, or maybe the way they cook it...To the owner, pls. Be watchful the way your cook, cooks the food..this comment is for the improvement of your business.. thank you
