Truong Tien Restaurant

Love the food and service here! I love the taste of the hue beef noodle soup, the presentation of it was really nice, my dessert was amazingly delicious as well! The service was especially wonderful! My server, Samantha was so good! She would check in on me and ask how was the food! She was overall a wonder to have for a server!

Banh beo was great. Everything else was mid tier. They were out of most things we tried to order (desserts, most of the vegetarian menu, some of the Hue samplers). We ordered banh cuon and they brought out goi cuon, and when we tried to send it back, they doubled down and insisted that’s what we ordered. We do actually know the difference.

The food quality definitely degraded from previous years. Bun bo was too cloudy from too much shrimp paste. Those days that I brag about this places bun bo to my out of town families are gone.
