Yummy food, big portions, affordable. Go to spot when dont feel like cooking at home or have family gatherings ir meetings. Always a good experience. Friendly staff. Esperanza is theee BEST!!! They sing happy birthdays. Tons of options. Great happy hour options!!! Good for large groups. No reservation needed. Has happy hour and dish of the day. Chicken soup is delish. So is the coffee and shrimp ceviche. And the Argentinian steak. Go-to for a reason. Staple in the community for decades. Highly reccomend!!!

Unfortunately, my recent experience here was very disappointing. My husband walked in and waited for the server to seat him. Shortly afterward, another couple came in, and the server greeted them and was about to seat them first. My husband had to speak up and let her know that he had arrived before them. That alone was a poor first impression. Unfortunately, the service was not the only issue. The food was nowhere near the quality it used to be. The fish had absolutely no seasoning, and no bread was served. To make matters worse, the price shown when the bill was being rung up was different from what we were expecting. It is disappointing to see a place that once offered a better experience fall so far in both food quality and customer service. Between the lack of attention, disappointing food, and pricing discrepancy, this visit was simply not worth it. Customer service, food quality, and honest, accurate pricing all matter. Based on this experience, I will not be returning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
