The ICNYC is a project to develop 350 6th Avenue into an inclusive, state of the art epicenter for Muslim life in Manhattan, centered on the pillars of knowledge (علم), fellowship (صحبة), and service (خدمة).

I used to love this place especially in the beginning but unfortunately it has started to feel more like a political party center than a masjid. I no longer feel safe or spiritually at peace here because there are so many worldly and political discussions taking place. A spiritual place should give people peace not create more excitement, stress, or anxiety. I hope the imam can take this feedback into consideration and consider limiting political commentary and political events so we can bring back the peaceful atmosphere this place used to have.
