Tazza Turkish, Mediterranean Grill Tampa

We came to this cozy little restaurant and experienced very delicious food and very nice service. We definitely recommend the homemade baklava! I forgot to take a photo of it, we ate it quickly! We will definitely be back.

We definitely won’t be back. The portions are ridiculously small for what they charge. Our kabob was basically **half a kabob with one pepper and a single slice of onion**. We also ordered the cold sampler, and each item was barely more than a tablespoon, served with **half a piece of naan**. For these prices, there are easily 100 better places where you actually get a decent amount of food for your money. To make matters worse, the girl working there was incredibly rude and made the entire experience even more disappointing. I wish we had read the one-star reviews before going because they’re pretty accurate. Between the tiny portions, high prices, and poor service, this place absolutely felt like a rip-off. Definitely would not recommend.

Tazza Cafe is such a cute, cozy little place. The atmosphere immediately reminded me of a small Turkish restaurant I used to visit on 9th Avenue in Manhattan—warm, intimate, and memorable. I ordered the chicken kebab plate, and the food was good, though not quite a “wow” for me. What really stood out was the overall experience: the aesthetics are beautiful, the service was pleasant, and even the menu is modern with a tablet and pictures, which made ordering easy and interesting. It’s definitely better for a solo meal, a date, or a small group of 2–4 rather than a large party. It is a little pricey, but I didn’t mind because the service and atmosphere made it feel worth the experience. Overall, I enjoyed the cozy vibe and would come back for the atmosphere and a relaxed meal.
