Hello Nisarga, Thank you so much for your continued support of Sundara! We truly appreciate you being a regular customer and are happy to hear how much you enjoy our authentic Indian food. We were surprised and concerned to read about your experience and wanted to share a little about our preparation and packaging process. We do not use staples anywhere in our kitchen or during food preparation. Once your food is prepared, it is placed into takeout containers, covered, and securely closed before being placed into the delivery bag. The only staples we use are on the outside of our delivery bags, which are stapled shut after everything has been packed to help ensure your food remains secure and untouched during delivery. Given this process, we are confident that the staple did not enter your food while it was being prepared or packaged in our kitchen. It is possible that a staple came loose when the delivery bag was opened, although we certainly cannot say for sure. We take food safety very seriously and always want our guests to feel confident when ordering from us. We genuinely appreciate your continued support and were happy to see that you chose to order from us again today. We actually tried reaching out to you today to discuss your experience personally, as we would really appreciate the opportunity to better understand what happened and address your concerns.
