The Starbucks at Northampton is hands down one of the best! Tracie, the manager, and her entire staff are absolutely amazing. They consistently provide outstanding customer service and always make you feel welcomed and appreciated. You can tell Tracie leads by example because her team is friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond. It’s always a pleasure stopping by this location.
