The atmosphere, food, and the vibes were a 10/10!!!! This place was everything and more! Came all the way from tampa florida to try and it surpassed all my expectations!!!!

If you are looking for an authentic, unforgettable Middle Eastern meal in Brooklyn, you absolutely have to visit Soul of Palestine. Every single thing we ordered was incredible, but the star of the show was definitely the freshly baked manakeesh. We got the cheese and zaatar, and it was perfect. The dough was soft with just the right amount of crispiness from the oven, and the balance between the rich, melted cheese and the earthy, savory zaatar was out of this world. We paired it with their hummus, which is easily some of the best I have ever had. It is impossibly smooth, perfectly creamy, and topped with a generous swirl of high-quality olive oil that brings everything together. To round it all out, we sipped on their traditional mint tea. It was served hot, aromatic, and incredibly refreshing—the absolute perfect palate cleanser between bites. The hospitality here makes you feel like family, and the food tastes like a comforting, home-cooked meal. I cannot recommend this place enough!
