At Sophie's Cuban Cuisine, our mission is to provide fresh, delicious Cuban cuisine with warm hospitality. We're sorry the meat portion was mostly fat, even though you enjoyed the rice. We'll investigate what happened and follow up with you. We know mistakes can happen, but we're always working to improve and make things right. We hope to serve you a better meal next time. Warm regards, Sophie's Cuban Cuisine
