As the former corporate pastry chef for Hyatt Hotels for twenty-seven years and the former owner of The All Chocolate Kitchen in Geneva, Illinois, for seventeen years before I sold it, I know how tough it is to run a restaurant and maintain true consistency. At S E A G U I N I – in the Opal Hotel in Clearwater, they nail the three essentials every single time: atmosphere, service, and food. We’ve been there more than ten times and it’s always the same high standard. The homemade pizza is excellent, the pasta is truly made in-house, and every dish feels cared for. The view outside is beautiful too. It even holds a special memory for us, our son, an officer in the eighty-second Airborne, proposed to his fiancée here. Five stars without hesitation.”

This restaurant is so much better than its name! We had a family of 7 ranging from 9 year old kid to 80-year-old wheelchair-bound grandparent. Everyone loved it!! The kids loved the margherita pizza, the rigatoni bolognese and the penne a la vodka. The adults loved the calamari, short rib, crab/truffle pasta and the chicken piccata. Our server was patient and perfect, our food was timely and perfect, and our overall experience was.... Perfect! Can we just call you Amalfi or Mediterranean or even Linguini di Mare if you must sea-guini it? None of these names are taken on the Tampa Bay area and all of them better match your fantastic experience. We love you anyway, thank you!

Had a great experience at Sea-Guini! Our server was very informative, attentive, and friendly, which made the experience even better. The food was absolutely amazing! I had the grouper, and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious, and the service was exceptional. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!
