3 stars at best for Sara. Service was excellent.... friendly and efficient. The food was another story. The best was the Manti. Decent but not excellent. The the soup...a bit flavorless but ok. The samosa were downright terrible. The pastry portion was dry and hard, I could barely cut it...with a knife!!!!!! Total mistake. Prices were reasonable. Atmosphere was basic and hot. Final take....not recommended 🤑

Very nice soups (homemade) and big portions. They even brought the food to our hotel. Totally recommend after a long day visiting Istanbul.

A remarkable taste of the Silk Road in Istanbul! We visited Sara Cafe for authentic Uzbek cuisine and were blown away. We started with the yogurt soup, which was incredibly refreshing, and paired it with the traditional Uzbek bread—it was warm, beautifully stamped, and perfect for dipping. The dumplings (Chuchvara) were delicate and flavorful, clearly handmade with care. The highlight, however, was the fried meat—tender, savory, and cooked to perfection. Uzbek food has such a deep history in this city, dating back to the dervish lodges of the Ottoman era, and eating here feels like a delicious history lesson. The hospitality was as warm as a home-cooked meal. A must-visit in Istanbul!

Борщ превосходный! Лучше, чем у меня) Хинкали не зашли, пересолили. Есть водичка боржоми, оливье, винегрет. Наши привычные блюда. Чай вкусный и наполеон! Рекомендую, кто соскучился по домашней еде.
