The Pho was perfection and best Banh Mi in Chicago! Saigon Sisters is a West Loop Vietnamese restaurant led by Chef/Owner Mary Nguyen Aregoni since 2009. We bring fresh Vietnamese flavors to downtown Chicago — think Short rib Pho, Bun Bo Hue, Pork Belly Banh Mi, Bun Cha Hanoi, Branzino Cha Ca — alongside a bar with creative cocktails. Family-owned, woman-led, and built on the recipes we learned from Mama Suu and grew up with in Southeast Asia.
