We had a delicious, traditional Russian/Uzbeki meal. Our party of three started with vinaigrette salad, potato salad, and borscht...all tasty and well-seasoned. Then we had plov, chicken shashlyk, and beef stroganoff, all delicious with fresh ingredients and attractively presented. The service was fast and impeccable. There was a good crowd on a Wednesday night, and we're glad to have Rus Uz in our neighborhood.
