Very disappointing experience at Polombia. We waited 20 minutes, only to have our orders mixed up. The employee handling the orders seemed confused, and he gave food I had already opened and touched to another customer. That raised serious concerns about how food is handled. The food itself was subpar and wasn’t worth the wait. It doesn’t taste anything. Based on our experience, I don’t understand the glowing reviews. Both the service and the food fell well below expectations. THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD.
