Had the H1 Bun Bo Hue, broth was flavorful with a nice assortment of proteins. Very plentiful and filling. Some restaurants over fill with noodles to make up for the lack of protein. Here, it was a good balance for the option I chose. While I was here there were only Vietnamese diners in the restaurant itself, so they are doing something right.

The broth tastes completely different. It's full of artificial flavoring. And I ordered tendon pho, but there were three large chunks of tendon in it. They were so tough and big that I couldn't eat them. And when ordering from the staff I said "Hmm" while taking my time to think, and they repeated me, rushing me to order. I was about to order an egg roll but decided against it. I don't want to come back here to eat again.
