Pho Tan Vinh

Would rate zero stars if I could, the summer roll wasn’t good and I asked them if I can get a partial discount. Since I didn’t eat it, I took a bite and spit it out and the owner was talking about he can’t refund me bc I bit it. Won’t be coming back and will be disputing when I’m home!

This was my second time having Pho. I got the shrimp Pho. It was so delicious! The service was nice and attentive. The restaurant was clean. I’ve always loved downtown Silver Spring. It’s vibrant, diverse and good food! Definitely recommend!

This place is to be avoided at ALL costs! To begin, the plates were chipped to the point where they could cut you and so were the bowls. The chopsticks were wooden and you could see bite marks on them as well as wear from it being used so many times. I ordered vegetarian and they gave not only chicken broth but also it contained a piece of shredded chicken in there! I wasted 34.95 at this place and will never return. I wish I could have been refunded for the entire check as the pho was very bland!
