Genuinely the best pho in Baltimore City. I’m a Viet American girlie from Boston and this place scratches that itch. I do get the round eye on the side otherwise I feel like it’s a bit overcooked but very common for places around Baltimore to do that. Also love their Viet Pad Thai and Banh Xeo. The staff is wonderful, really lovely people. Unfortunately I moved states and won’t be coming back but wanted to share the great experience I’ve had.
