Extremely Disappointing Experience — Never Again! Three other ladies and I went here last night, and honestly, it was a nightmare from beginning to end. If you don't mind waiting 45 minutes after being seated just for a waiter to come greet you, then this might be the place for you. However, if you value good customer service, professionalism, and your time, I would not recommend it. When our waitress finally came over, she apologized for the long wait. We accepted her apology and told her we were ready to order. We ordered drinks and appetizers, but another HOUR passed with no sign of her. We literally looked around for her, wondering where she had disappeared to. When she finally returned, she apologized again, but at this point, another apology wasn't going to fix the situation. This wasn't a 10- or 15-minute delay. We had been waiting for hours, and we hadn't even received proper service. To make matters worse, she brought us the wrong drinks the first time she returned. We then ordered our second round of drinks, more appetizers, and a hookah. I kid you not, she disappeared AGAIN! We were sitting there joking about going into the kitchen to get our own food and walking over to the bar to get our own drinks. We honestly wondered if she had gone to take a nap somewhere! By this point, it was around 10:30 p.m., and we still couldn't find her. What made it even more frustrating was that we could see the other waiters working, but ours was nowhere to be found. Usually, the owner is there, and I would have addressed the situation with him directly, but unfortunately, he wasn't there that night. About an hour later, our waitress finally returned. We reminded her that we had ordered food, drinks, and a hookah, and nothing had arrived. She apologized and said she would get everything. About 25 minutes later, she came back and told us they had lost our ticket. The only thing she brought was the hookah, and she said she was going to get our drinks. We waited again. I finally told my friends we should ask for the check and leave because the experience was already ruined, and the music wasn't even that good. However, they wanted to stay a little longer, so we gave it another chance. After another 20–30 minutes, she returned with our drinks, joking “5hours later “ she said with her own mouth as if it’s funny. but two of them were wrong! I also had to remind her AGAIN that my second food order had never arrived. She said she would get it, and about 15 minutes later, the food finally came. By then, it was around 12:30 a.m., and we were more than ready to leave. Unfortunately, this wasn't our first bad experience here. During our previous visit, the owner offered us a chance to come back on him, but we never took him up on the offer. I decided to give the establishment another chance with a different group of friends, years later hoping things would be better. Instead, the experience was just as bad, if not worse. Good customer service means more than repeatedly saying sorry. Customers should not have to spend their entire night chasing down their waitress, correcting drink orders, and reminding staff about food they already ordered. I'm sharing this review to make other customers aware of our experience so they can decide for themselves whether they want to visit. I'm not looking for anything free or asking for compensation. I simply believe customers deserve timely service, accurate orders, and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, based on our experiences, I will not be returning.Parking is even worst but let me tell ya the food is 10/10
