Panda Express

Our visit was at lunch & it was a great lunch. We ate in & the restaurant was very clean, including the bathrooms. The food was so good! My only "negative" was the ones working. They were friendly & polite but I didn't see any of them smile. Not when interacting with guest or each other. Service would have been 5 stars if they had looked like they enjoyed their job.

I have been coming to this Panda Express for over a year, and my family and I drive from Charlottesville to visit. Unfortunately, the customer service over the past month has been very disappointing. During my recent visit, cashier Judeline J was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not greet us, could not tell me how long the food would take, and her attitude made my family and me very uncomfortable. I spoke with the manager, Austin, and explained the situation. I hope management takes this seriously and works to improve the customer service at this location.
