Not 100% authentic, but pretty close. As a South Florida native, a colada ALWAYS has sugar (that's what makes it a colada) unless you ask and your complimentary toasted Cuban bread comes buttered. Had the Cuban Party; included fried pork chucks, boliche, and ropa vieja. They were all pretty tasty.
