I drove across town after making a Sunday reservation through Resy and receiving confirmation, only to arrive and find the restaurant closed with a padlock on the door. I called, but the call went to an answering service. I don’t know whether they’re permanently closed, but accepting and confirming reservations without notifying customers of a closure is unacceptable. A wasted trip and a very disappointing lack of communication.
