Thank you for your review!
I was in the area doing a patient ride toa dentist appointment and wanted to enjoy a cigar. I go in the shop and as I'm buying i tell the guy I'll smoke it here. He tells me it's for members only. Nothing nowhere states members only. All the other reviews talk about being from outd c of town and enjoying a smoke while watching TV. I'll never come here again. Fusion Cigars welcomed me walking in the door.
Hi Scott, thank you for the feedback. We want to clarify that our indoor lounge policy is noted as members-only on our Google Maps profile, though we apologize if you missed it prior to your visit. We separate our private lounge service so we can keep our retail prices low enough to compete directly with online prices for 'buy-and-go' customers. This business model allows us to offer incredible retail value, like our buy $39 get 1 free cigar deal and nearly half-price discounts on bundle cigars. You are always welcome to stop back by our retail shop to take advantage of our everyday deals.
