Naomi's Garden Restaurant & Lounge

I came here today and NEVER do reviews. First off I ordered everything that I wanted oxtails, chicken, goat , macaroni on the sampler plate. But let’s get into why there was a problem. First off nobody takes your order, my meal was $60 with a service charge. A guy walked in with a dog that was a friend of bartender / server . I’m an observer at my establishments I wouldn’t allow my employees to openly eat other meals. Never the less cook , touching the dog and I think that is absolutely disgusting! I took pictures they are included and I couldn’t not get a refund. I understand pet friendly , but that shouldn’t be allowed in the kitchen or around the areas you prepare the food, cut lemons ETC

Letciea was wonderful. We had a great lunch. The passion fruit drink was really good too.

We recently visited Naomi’s Garden expecting a welcoming experience based on the reviews. We approached with smiles and excitement only to be met with very poor customer service and unprofessional attitude. After asking for an order, the server walked into the back without explaining what was happening, leaving us and other customers standing around in confusion. When I eventually asked for an update on what was going on, an employee sitting down yelled back at us from the back area rather than politely explaining that the kitchen was preparing fresh food. Basic communication and courtesy are the bare minimum when taking care of customers. Being ignored, left uninformed, and then shouted at when asking a simple question is completely unacceptable. We ultimately chose to leave before purchasing anything. First impressions matter, and we will not be returning or spending our money here.
