Love this place so much!

Rude. Rude. Stuffy. I don’t care if Michelin christened you. You still have to be nice to people. My wife and I just learned about the place. We walked in on a Thursday night. Front of the house was rude. Wow. How dare you ask to seat without a reservation? “You don’t have a reservation? We don’t have anything.” Not a, “we could put you on the wait list…or “we have 5 empty tables sitting here…” do you want t to wait in case one doesn’t show up?” I’ve worked front and back of the house for years. If you are rudely turning away guests with open tables you aren’t doing it right. I asked the slightly nicer guy if the reservations were confirmed and he showed me his tablet with reservations 30-45 min in the future. There is a flow and timing to seating. You should know your average turn around time, how to be strategic about timing, how to gently move guests along and to know that 100% of reservations don’t show. We called Sister and they were so nice. Slapped two reserved signs in bar seats because I was down the street. That’s service! Go Mot Ba that. And no parking…
